MUNCIE, Ind. — Last season was one that the Delta boys basketball team won't soon forget.
Not only did the Eagles finish the regular season with a 23-0 record — becoming the only team in program history to go undefeated — but they won all but five of their regular season games by double-digits.
The 2018-19 season also saw Delta win its first sectional championship since 2011 and make its first regional championship appearance since its semistate run during the 2008-09 season. Josh Greenburg said he remembers how special it was to see the community rally around the team before it lost to Marion in the regional championship game.
