In time, BSU Athletics anticipates more athletes will become involved in NIL opportunities

MUNCIE, Ind. — As Drew Plitt spoke during the Mid-American Conference’s football media day last week, he said he had yet to enter into any agreements related to name, image and likeness (NIL).

Ball State’s returning starting quarterback revealed that there had been offers, but that he was waiting for the right opportunity and not just any opportunity. Plitt pointed out that whatever he does end up doing, if he does become involved in something, he wants to be able to help his teammates “get a little slice of the pie” as well, because not everyone has the same platform.
