INDIANAPOLIS — Thousands of fans were expected to descend on the 16 boys basketball regional locations around Indiana on Saturday. Now, almost all of them will have to watch from home.

The Indiana High School Athletic Association announced that this weekend's regional boys basketball games and girls gymnastics state finals will go on as planned, but with a limited audience as officials react to growing concerns of the coronavirus.

During Thursday's press conference, IHSAA commissioner Bobby Cox announced that only 75 additional tickets, outside of the 12 dressed players, will be offered to each participating school.
