HS rundown: Yorktown keeps winning; Central XC wins invite

MUNCIE, Ind. — Here are the results from Saturday in which Yorktown volleyball extended its winning streak to 12 and Central boys cross country won an invitational.

Volleyball

Yorktown beat Columbus East and Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger in straight sets. Kenzie Knuckles led in kills with 32 and digs with 54, while Tegan Seyring added 27 kills. Bella Rosenthall guided the attack with 82 assists, and Kylie Murr contributed 47 digs. The Tigers are now 15-1.

Daleville went 3-1 in the Monroe Central Invitational, beating Monroe Central's JV, Crispus Attucks and Lincoln while losing to Hagerstown.
