MUNCIE, Ind. — The Yorktown boys golf team won a 12-team invite over the weekend at the course of last year's sectional, Hickory Hills. The Tigers shot 16 strokes better than last year and highlight our top performers of the weekend.

Boys golf
Yorktown won the 12-team Monroe Central Invitational with a 315, while Wapahani (340) was second and Monroe Central (351) third. Yorktown's Alex Bratton took first overall with a 74, while teammates Carson Orr and Bing Wilson each carded a 79.
