MUNCIE, Ind. — The college signing period began on Wednesday, and a handful of local athletes put pen to paper to finalize their commitments.
Division I basketball has an early period from Nov. 14-21 when players can sign, and a regular period from April 17 to May 15. All other Division I and II sports (besides football) have a signing period from Nov. 14 through Aug. 21, 2019.
