MUNCIE, Ind. — Two local boys basketball teams cruised to victories Tuesday night. The results:
Boys basketball
Daleville defeated Madison-Grant 56-29. Derrick Lawrence paced the Broncos with 21 points, while Ryan Hale added 20 points and 15 rebounds. Connor Fleming filled the stat sheet with 11 points, seven rebounds and seven assists.
New Castle improved to 14-0 with a 73-55 victory at Greenfield-Central. Luke Bumbalough racked up 29 points, including seven 3-pointers, on 11 of 17 shooting while dishing out six assists. Mason Gillis added 26 points and 15 rebounds.
