There are so many players for Delta’s girls tennis coach to consider, and only seven spots for a match. Three have to play singles. Two pairs are needed for doubles. And the Eagles’ roster is often so deep the margin between those who crack the top seven and those who don’t is tight and subject to fluctuation.
