In conjunction with the Mid-American Conference's mental health awareness initiative, Ball State gymnastics is helping bring the issue into the forefront at this Sunday's home meet.
The Cardinals will be wearing lime green ribbons (lime green is the color of the awareness cause) and there will be supportive programming as well. Other conference teams competing this weekend will also be promoting the cause.
Earlier this week, the MAC held its fourth annual Mental Health Awareness Summit in Cleveland. All schools were represented and head coach Joanna Saleem attended the event last year.
