For the third time this season, Claudia Goyco was voted by the league's coaches as MAC Specialist of the Week. Her floor routine on Sunday vs. Kent State tied her career high and helped Ball State pull out a team scoring win.
Goyco, from Buford, Ga., wowed the home crowd once again and scored 9.900 for the third time this season. Saving the best for last, her 9.900 and a 9.875 routine from Marissa Nychyk allowed the Cardinals for a comeback meet win over Kent State.
