HARTFORD CITY, Ind. — Blackford High School will have a special visitor on Tuesday for its boys basketball game against Daleville.
Governor Eric Holcomb will be in attendance to watch Luke Brown, Jerry Hoover and the Bruins battle the Broncos. State Representative Kevin Mahan, who serves House District 31 including all of Blackford County, has been urging Holcomb to attend for a while now. The governor finally found some time to come see one of the hottest tickets in Indiana high school hoops.
"We are excited to have Governor Holcomb in attendance and hope to make his visit an enjoyable one, which is our goal for everyone who visits," Blackford athletic director Tony Uggen said in a release.
