Former Muncie Central coach and BSU footballer, Adam Morris, named Cardinals d-line coach

MUNCIE, Ind. — Adams Morris is coming back to Muncie.

The former Ball State football defender and Muncie Central football head coach was named the Cardinals' new defensive line coach, head coach Mike Neu announced on Tuesday. Morris graduated from BSU in 2013 with a bachelor's degree in education and was named team captain in 2011, the same season in which he won the Paul Schudel Strength and Conditioning Award.

Morris played 38 games over his four-year Ball State career and tallied 84 tackles, 12 TFLs and four sacks. He replaces Keith McKenzie as defensive line coach, who was with the program since 2016.
