BLOOMINGTON – Arianna Buehler misses the sound of the fight song.
She misses standing near the red seats outside of Henke Hall on the stadium’s north end, guiding some of IU’s more elderly fans to their seats. Even if she doesn’t know their name, Buehler, 21, misses the long-time season ticket holders she recognized by their faces, and they recognized her back.
It’s been over 650 days since Buehler last saw those 300 or so fans she’d greet each week in her section.
