MUNCIE, Ind. — Week 5 was the most successful, in terms of wins, for East Central Indiana football teams this season.

Monroe Central beat South Adams for the first time, New Castle, Shenandoah, Jay County and Winchester won while Muncie Central's Shoka Griffin eclipsed 3,000 career rushing yards.
