MUNCIE, Ind. — For the first time in more than a decade, Delta is in the market for a new varsity volleyball coach.
Heidi Knuckles (formerly Zickgraf) recently stepped down from the position after a successful 11-year run in which she went 260-110 with two sectionals, a regional and a state title. Knuckles, who will remain at Delta as a secretary, cited wanting to watch her daughter play as her main reason for leaving. She said she figured it would be better for her family.
Ashtyn Zickgraf is a freshman at Wapahani. Knuckles also gave birth to a baby boy on Nov.
