MUNCIE, Ind. — Danny Pinter is laughing.

It’s only been about three-and-a-half hours since the former Ball State football tight end, turned offensive lineman, on Saturday became the 149th overall selection in the fifth round of the 2020 NFL Draft. It’s still fresh, the fact the Indiana native learned his professional career would begin with the Indianapolis Colts. And the 6-4 and 306-pound talent, listed at guard, is talking to The Star Press about the number of people who reached out to him after the news broke.
