MUNCIE, Ind. — Once each week, starting Oct. 11 and recurring subsequent Sundays, Ball State Athletics’ COVID-19 testing results are being released.
As of now, with two weeks of testing available for review, there have been 850 overall tests for athletes, coaches and “associated personnel” who are with the football team. That 850 breaks down into 611 for athletes and 239 team personnel. In this two-week window, there are three positive cases listed — two athletes and one team personnel individual.

According to Ball State University’s dashboard for COVID-19, their results “will be updated to include other sports when they are in season, based on MAC and NCAA guidelines.
