MONROE, Ind. — Monroe Central head coach John Hochstetler was one of the last people off the field as he tried to catch up with his players who had made their way into the locker room inside of Adams Central High School.
Minutes before, he was talking to them all on the field postgame. Quarterback Jackson Ullom said he made them all stand in their huddle rather than take a knee because he didn't want them to look like like losers on the field.
