MUNCIE, Ind. — Ball State played at home again in Worthen Arena for the first time since its season opener but proved unable to treat fans to another victory as it lost against Northern Kentucky by two points, 59-57.
BSU (3-2) again struggled to find its way offensively, when it came to hitting shots, until the second half. It rebounded effectively, although not as well as it had previously this season. It had trouble connecting on free throws despite making as many trips to the line as it did.
