Ball State football's 5 Pro Day participants pleased with showing in front of NFL teams

NOTE: Official workout numbers from Pro Day were not available at the time of publication.

MUNCIE, Ind. — Several scouts representing 10 NFL teams convened at the Scheumann Family Indoor Practice Facility on Monday to evaluate prospects.

It was Ball State football's Pro Day, and wide receivers Jayshon Jackson and Yo'Heinz Tyler and defensive backs Nic Jones, Amechi Uzodinma II and Jaquan Amos all enjoyed one last on-field opportunity to showcase their talents in the hope of achieving their dream of being selected during the NFL Draft on April 27-29.

Only one Cardinal, 2020 tackle Danny Pinter (fifth round, 149th overall), has been picked since head coach Mike Neu took over the program in 2016, and just 29 BSU players ever have heard their name called.
