MUNCIE, Ind. — Ball State named Beth Goetz its new athletic director Monday afternoon.
Goetz comes to Ball State from the University of Connecticut, where she was the chief operating officer. She spent the prior three years at University of Minnesota, where she served as the school's Interim Director of Athletics this past academic year. Prior to that, she served Minnesota as the Deputy Athletics Director and SWA.
She also spent five years at Butler, where she was the assistant athletic director at Butler. She was a collegiate soccer player at Brevard College and then at Clemson.
