Ahead of her first IRONMAN 70.3 Muncie, ahead of her first triathlon of this size — a 1.2-mile swim followed by a 56-mile bike ride and 13.1-mile run — Lucy Martin knew she’d feel moments of regret. And while she made it through the swim free of those doubts, just about every mile on her bike and especially the second half of the run that voice popped into her head.
