MUNCIE, Ind. — The IHSAA this week released its official classifications for boys and girls basketball in the next two-year cycle.
There weren't many surprises, given they had already released enrollments a few months ago and it was easy to project where teams would slot in, and the only complicating variable was the Tournament Success Factor bumping teams up or down.
According to a release, sectional assignments will be made at the end of the month, so we'll find out soon enough. Until then, we can only speculate.
