MUNCIE, Ind. — When Monday rolls around, Ball State women’s golf coach Katherine Mowat and her team are scheduled to open their season at the Mid-American Challenge in Florida.
Mowat understands how much of the season the Cardinals have lost, due to not being able to compete together in the fall, but they’ve accepted that reality. It’s time and competitive rounds that they can’t make up, but they’ve accepted that as well. And they’ve accepted that, due to opt-outs, BSU will not be moving through the season with the roster one may have initially thought it would have.
