MUNCIE, Ind. — Three East Central Indiana athletes on Tuesday were awarded scholarships from the Indiana Basketball Coaches Association.
Only 24 scholarships in total were given out, with each winner receiving $750.
Shenandoah's Jasper Campbell was one of the 20 recipients of the Marion Crawley Award, given to those with "achievement in basketball, achievement in academics, participation in extracurricular activities and service to one's school and community," the release said.
Wes-Del's Will Delaney was the lone recipient of the Junior Mannies Scholarship, "presented to students who have a physical handicap but have contributed to their respective school's athletic program.
