MUNCIE, Ind. — The 2021 Delaware County boys title game is set. Yorktown and Wapahani will meet Saturday night at Delta to determine the champion.
The Tigers traveled to Cowan Wednesday night where they outlasted a lights-out second quarter shooting spree from the Blackhawks and controlled the second half en route to a 53-35 victory. In Selma — while it was close throughout — Wapahani maintained the lead in the second half and defeated Wes-Del 67-57.
The championship game is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 16 at Delta High School.
