McLaughlin snatches another Supercars pole

Supercars championship leader Scott McLaughlin has claimed his 11th pole position of the year and fifth in a row for Sunday's 200km race at Queensland Raceway.

The DJR Team Penske pilot, who won Saturday's 120km race to open up a 111-point championship lead, clocked a fastest lap of one minute and 08.4208 seconds in Sunday's qualifying run.

Ford's Chaz Mostert will start second while McLaughlin's championship rivals Jamie Whincup and Fabian Coulthard make up the second row of the grid.
