FORT WORTH, Texas – The No. 7 Auburn gymnastics team closed out the season with a fifth-place finish in the first session of the 2016 NCAA Championship. The Tigers concluded the day with a 195.100 overall score at the Fort Worth Convention Center in Fort Worth, Texas.
"We knew we were beat up since we were down three main vaulters. That's tough to start on an event like that," head coach Jeff Graba said. "We were definitely tentative on all events today and I think we performed like we thought we had to be perfect.
