AUBURN, Ala. -- The Auburn women’s golf team begins postseason play this week, traveling to San Antonio for the 2015 NCAA Regional. The tournament runs Thursday-Saturday at Briggs Ranch Golf Club.
Auburn is making its 20th consecutive postseason appearance and 21st overall, with the last 20 coming under the direction of head coach Kim Evans. The Tigers will be looking to advance to the NCAA Championships for the 15th time. Auburn is the No. 9 seed in the 18-team field.
“I know we’ve got a good team,” Evans said. “We really had a great start to the season.
