SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico – The Auburn women's basketball team is in Puerto Rico and preparing for the San Juan Shootout, where they will face Boise State and Minnesota on Friday and Saturday.
The Tigers (3-1) will take on the Broncos (2-1) at 6 p.m. CT Friday before facing the Golden Gophers (3-0) at 6 p.m. Saturday. Both games will be played at the 5,500-seat Coliseo Mario "Quijote" Morales.
Auburn is coming off a 62-40 win at Savannah State on Sunday where the Tigers' defense stood tall on the road, forcing 25 turnovers and holding the Lady Tigers to less than 35 percent shooting.
