#TETtailgate Week 10 Review

The Barn was quiet for most of the day as we made a decision to wait and open it for the Alabama game. After all, 12 hours straight in The Barn seemed like a very, very bad idea. Still, there was plenty to do as my wife and I watched Auburn take on Vandy in a defensive struggle. Around 5:00 PM, guests began to show up for the Alabama vs LSU game. They were greeted with a spread fit for any tailgate. On the menu were standards like my smoked bologna and wings, along with two new additions to the menu: smoked jalapeno peppers and smoked venison sausage wrapped in bourbon soaked bacon.
