And so we ride into game one of a pivotal season for Auburn football. What lies ahead for us? 8 or more wins and a solid foundation from which to grow? 4 or fewer wins and a chance to reset? Somewhere in the middle that leaves us all screaming at each other and pulling in different directions? We aren’t likely to truly find out today, but we will at least get our first glimpse of the improvements that have hopefully been made since the Birmingham Bowl.
