AUBURN, Ala. – For the second year in a row, Auburn softball’s returning All-Americans will go into the season as Preseason All-SEC players as it was announced by the conference office today.
Emily Carosone, Kasey Cooper and Tiffany Howard were each named to the 2016 Preseason All-SEC team today with the 2016 season-opener just two weeks away. All three players are coming off stellar seasons that included All-American, All-Region and All-SEC selections.
Both Auburn and Florida led all SEC schools with three selections each. Alabama and LSU each had two representatives apiece on the squad, while Georgia, Kentucky, South Carolina and Tennessee each had one player named to the team.
