OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. – The Amateur Softball Association (ASA) of America and USA Softball announced earlier this week the addition of junior Kasey Cooper to the invitee list for January’s USA Softball Women’s National Team (WNT) Selection Camp.
With this invite, Cooper becomes the first Auburn player with a chance to make the highly touted USA Women’s National Softball Team.
“When I received the email about getting the chance to compete for a spot for Team USA, a flood of emotions followed,” Cooper said. “My childhood dream has a chance at becoming a reality.
