NORMAN, Okla. – The No. 7 Auburn men’s golf team is tied for second after the first round of the NCAA Norman Regional. The Tigers are at even par through the opening 18 holes at the Jimmie Austin OU Club Monday afternoon.
Auburn is tied with Arkansas and North Florida, and is just five strokes back of the leaders Oklahoma at 5-under.
Senior Ben Schlottman and junior Trace Crowe are tied for fourth individually after posting rounds of 70 (-2) each. Schlottman racked up a team-high five birdies en route to his lowest round since April 9.
