WINDERMERE, Fla. - No. 6 Auburn men’s golf had a big day at the Tavistock Collegiate Invitational, carding a round-best 2-under 286 Monday at the Isleworth Country Club to climb five spots from 10th to fifth in the team standings. Three individuals carded rounds at par or better led by Jovan Rebula’s 2-under 70.
Rebula, a native of George, South Africa, climbed 20 spots in the round to tie for 16th at 1-under 73-70—143, and is just four shots out of second. The sophomore carded five birdies in the round, four of which coming on the back nine on Nos.
