Mid-Week Round-up: Tigers Offense Comes Out Swinging In Nashville

Auburn got everything they needed from the offense early and held on to win over the Bison of Lipscomb in Nashville Tuesday and got back to Auburn with a 9-7 win. The Tigers bashed four home runs between three players in the process, which scored 6 of the Tigers 9 runs, keeping ahead of the pace of the 2010 Auburn baseball team which all-time home run leader for an Auburn team. Tyler Miller was the offensive leader for the Tigers, with a solo homer in the 2nd and then returned in the 3rd for a 3 run homer. Kason Howell and Ryan Bliss also contributed solo homers to the effort and while Brody Moore was 1 for 4 on the day, he also had two at bats where he drove in runs to help the effort.
