The Auburn football program has been on an upward trajectory since head coach Hugh Freeze took the job last November. While there was plenty of work for Freeze to do in all aspects of the program, his focus at the beginning was solidifying the Tigers’ recruiting class of 2023.
Of course, Freeze had very little time to do that ahead of early national signing day in December, but he managed to lock down a top 20 recruiting class. Arguably the most notable victory for Freeze in the class of 2023 was the flip of defensive lineman Keldric Faulk from Florida State.
