KNOXVILLE, TN. – Former Auburn SEC Champion Patton Kizzire won the News Sentinel Open presented by Pilot with a 20-under 264. It is his second win on the Web.com Tour this year. Fellow former Auburn golfers Michael Hebert and Dominic Bozzelli finished t-9th and t-13th respectively.
Kizzire, a 2008 graduate in Business, shot a final round 7-under 64 on Sunday to defeat Si Woo Kim and Brad Fritsch by four strokes. He carded in the 60s on each day of the event (68 in rounds 1 and 2, 64 in rounds 3 and 4).
