Differences from this time last year?
"Last year, everybody was unknown. I had 13 brand new guys. So, I have a better idea of what we have. I also have a better idea of what our competition is. From that standpoint, I feel like we are ahead of where we were. Last summer, I spent a lot of time working with in development of our program because I wasn't able to recruit. Now, we are doing both, and we are making progress in both areas. I think practices are a little further ahead in the sense that last year in the summer time, we were introducing all new concepts.
