Tray Matthews is grateful for the second chance he’s received from Auburn.
So much in fact, that he got a new tattoo to show it.
Matthews shared Sunday on Twitter a short video clip of an Auburn-themed tattoo.
Auburn thanks for giving the kid a 2nd chance. Sometimes that's all a person needs! #ForeverGrateful pic.twitter.com/lkq4Kno2qA
Matthews began his college career at Georgia in 2013 but was dismissed from the team in June 2014 and transferred to Auburn. After sitting out the 2014 season because of NCAA transfer rules, he has spent the past two seasons as the Tigers’ starting strong safety.
