Welcome to February! January’s gone, but it wasn’t so bad. Yes, we had to endure that idiotic national championship game, but in return we got a great Auburn basketball team. Bruce Pearl’s group is the story of the SEC so far this season, and they’re obviously leading the charge in terms of news after having opened up a two-game lead on the rest of the SEC.
HOWEVER.
Let’s look ahead not to this Saturday when the Tigers host Vanderbilt, but to next Thursday, when the softball team opens play under Mickey Dean at home against Marshall. The Thundering Herd come in to tangle with the 13th ranked team in the country.
