War Eagle, everybody. I had planned a joyous post today, waxing optimistic about Auburn’s offensive chances in the coming season. And frankly, we’ve seldom had quite the array of talent this offense has. Instead, first I’ll offer a little comment on some bad news for the team.
Yesterday, presumed starting Auburn defensive end Elijah Daniel was arrested on theft and burglary charges, and was suspended indefinitely from the Auburn football team. This isn’t some dumb thing like walking out of the grocery store with crab legs, either. Among the charges are six felony beefs.
