Auburn’s on the road for the first time this year, as Bruce Pearl takes his Tigers to Charleston, SC and a spot in the Charleston Classic. Along with the Tigers on the coast are the Indiana State Sycamores, who provide the opposing side in game one.
Indiana State may have played last weekend strengthened by the memories of Larry Legend himself, rolling instate foe Indiana for an opening night victory, hitting seventeen threes on the way to an easy and impressive win. For Auburn, the defense will need to step up and prevent those open long-range shots that we saw from Barry and Norfolk State.
