AUBURN, Ala. – The postseason honors continued for Auburn on Tuesday as running back Kerryon Johnson, offensive lineman Braden Smith and kicker Daniel Carlson were all named second-team All-Americans by the Sporting News.
Smith was also named to the 2017 ESPN All-America team Tuesday.
The senior guard started all 13 games for Auburn this season, extending his streak to 40 consecutive starts dating back to 2014. He earned first-team All-America honors from the Associated Press on Monday, and he previously won the Jacobs Blocking Trophy, given annually to the SEC’s best blocker.
