AUBURN, Ala. – Already a semifinalist for this year’s Lou Groza Award, Auburn kicker Daniel Carlson was named one of the Lou Groza’s “Stars of the Week” for his performance against Georgia on Saturday. It was third time this season he’s earned the weekly honor.
Carlson, a Lou Groza Award finalist the past two seasons, made all four of his field-goal attempts Saturday from 54, 37 30 and 37 yards out and was a perfect four-for-four on PATs as well.
