James Franklin has been connected to the Auburn Tigers head football coaching job since his firing from the Penn State Nittany Lions, even though AU's current coach, Hugh Freeze, may not be let loose after the season.
That hasn't stopped some from daydreaming about the scenario, with “Prime Time for College Football" host Phillip Dukes excited about the idea of Franklin having one of the recruits Freeze recruited to the Plains, quarterback Deuce Knight.
“I would love for Auburn to say that. The way that you could recruit at Auburn, I definitely think he could get over the hump at Auburn.
