Auburn heads into the 2020 season with zero quarterback controversy. Bo Nix will be Auburn’s starting quarterback and there’s excitement that the former 5-star can take a big step in his sophomore campaign under the tutelage of Chad Morris.
However, behind him are a lot of questions. Cord Sandberg looked solid in limited reps last season but wasn’t asked to do a whole lot. True freshman Chayil Garnett has some intriguing tools but is a long way from being SEC ready. There’s also preferred walk on Sawyer Pate who could battle for that #2 spot.
