Recruitments can be so different. Some kids are found as early as 7th or 8th grade, land offers from every major school before they start high school and spend the next 4 years being wooed by all the top programs in the country. Then there are those like 4* RB DJ Williams who earns interest from some G5 and FCS schools but there isn’t much buzz around his recruitment. Until one day his film lands in the right hands and his recruitment explodes in a short period of time.
Then there are people like 2* LB Kameron Brown who are known thanks to a high profile family member (Derrick Brown), produce every year in high school but due to physical limitations outside of their control never see their recruitment take off.
