Cam Coleman, one of the best young receivers in college football, has announced his intention to enter the transfer portal after two seasons at Auburn, On3’s Hayes Fawcett reported on Monday.
The former 5-star recruit was a huge get for former Auburn head coach Hugh Freeze in the 2024 signing class, beating out Texas A&M and many other schools for Coleman’s talents. In two seasons with the Tigers, the Phenix City Central HS (AL) product put up 93 catches for 1,306 yards and 13 touchdowns.
Part of the Freeze Four alongside Perry Thompson, Malcolm Simmons and Bryce Cain, Coleman is the third member of that foursome who has announced their intentions to enter the portal, which opens on Friday, Jan.
